IqraFlow

The Quran, every single day.

IqraFlow is a free Quran reading app. It shows the Quran in the Madinah mushaf script with tajweed colours, word-by-word translation and 125+ translations, tracks your daily reading, streaks and statistics, plays recitation from 15 reciters, and runs shared khatms so a group can finish the Quran together. It works offline, and it is free - no ads, no subscriptions, no payments of any kind.

You sign in with an email address, Google or Apple, so your reading progress, bookmarks and khatms follow you across every device. Once the Quran is on your device it reads offline.

What IqraFlow is, and what it asks of your Google account

IqraFlow is a free Quran reading app. It is live on the web at app.iqraflow.app, with iOS and Android apps to follow. It shows the Quran in the Madinah mushaf script with tajweed colouring and word-by-word translation, records how much you read each day, keeps a streak, and lets a group split the Quran between them in a shared khatm.

IqraFlow needs an account so that your reading position, bookmarks, statistics and khatms follow you from one device to the next. You can create that account with an email address and password, with Sign in with Google, or with Sign in with Apple.

Choosing Sign in with Google asks Google only for the basic sign-in scopes - openid, userinfo.email and userinfo.profile. Between them they tell IqraFlow your Google account identifier, your email address and your name. The identifier is what links you to your own reading data, the email address is how we reach you about your account and how you recover it, and your name is what the other readers in a shared khatm see beside the part you have taken.

IqraFlow asks for nothing else. It requests no access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service, and it never posts anything on your behalf. Your reading data is never sold and is never used for advertising: there are no ads and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the app. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from Settings at any time.

Full detail is in the privacy policy and the terms of use. Questions go to [email protected].

QUESTIONS

Before you ask

Is IqraFlow free?
IqraFlow is free for everyone - no ads, no subscriptions, nothing locked away. We don't want your money: all we ask is that you remember us in your duas and spread the word. Our hope is that as many people as possible build a consistent connection with the Quran - and complete it together through shared khatms.
Reading does. The entire Quran text, its translations and the word-by-word meanings ship inside the app, so you can read with no connection at all. Recitation audio can be downloaded per surah or reciter over Wi-Fi, then played anywhere - flights, basements, anywhere. Your progress syncs to your account when you are online, so it follows you to every device you sign in on.
Life happens. Miss a day and a grace token is spent automatically to protect your streak - you earn them back by reading consistently. It keeps the habit merciful instead of punishing.
Create a khatm, share its short invite code, and each person claims a portion - by juz or surah. Progress syncs live for the group while personal reading stays on your device. No social feed, no follower counts.
The Uthmani Hafs script of the Madinah mushaf with colour-coded tajweed, an IndoPak Nastaleeq option, and a choice of reading faces - KFGQPC Hafs, Scheherazade New, Amiri Quran and Lateef. Saheeh International is built in, with more than 125 translations available in many languages and word-by-word meanings in five. Fifteen reciters are included, among them Nasser Al-Qatami, Maher Al-Muaiqly, Abdul Basit and Al-Husary.
The web app is live now at app.iqraflow.app - free, in your browser, nothing to install. The iOS and Android apps are in store review preparation; join the list above and you’ll get exactly one email on launch day.
