1. Agreement
By downloading or using IqraFlow on any platform (iOS, Android, or web), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use IqraFlow for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its bundled content except where law permits.
3. Quran text, translations & audio
The Uthmani script text, translations, and recitation audio are provided from established, verified sources and remain the property of their respective rights holders. They are provided for personal worship, study, and education. If you believe any content contains an error, please report it - accuracy of the Quranic text is our highest duty, and verified corrections are prioritised above all other work.
4. Shared khatms & acceptable use
Shared khatms are for reading together. You agree not to use display names or khatm names that are offensive, impersonating, or unlawful, and not to attempt to disrupt other groups or access data that isn't yours. We may remove content or restrict access that breaks these rules.
5. Availability
The core app works offline and doesn't depend on our servers. Online features - shared khatm sync and audio downloads - are provided "as available"; we work hard to keep them up but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Hasanat & streaks
Hasanat counts, streaks and milestones are motivational estimates based on reported readings. They are an encouragement, not a religious ruling or a measure of acceptance - Allah alone knows and rewards.
7. No warranty & limitation of liability
IqraFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes to the app or terms
We may update the app and these terms as IqraFlow evolves. Material changes will be noted in release notes and on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
